As Findlay Councilwoman I supported the Mayor applying for FEMA flood dollars to continue the benching project phase 2. We have applied for 25 million and will know more in June/July. We are also planning on applying for additional brownfield grants to further address the environmental issues on some of the flood properties along the river being discussed for the future downtown park.
The city, county and ODOT are also moving forward with the construction of the 68/15 round about to give the residents in Spring lake an additional ingress/egress to the neighborhood. Safety is important.
